Baruh Polis is a neuroscientist and clinical researcher with deep expertise in brain science and translational medicine. He has led numerous academic and applied research projects across Europe, with a strong focus on neurodegenerative diseases and non-invasive diagnostics. At BioDrop, Baruh leads all scientific and R&D efforts, bridging academic innovation with real-world clinical needs.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Benjamin Medvin is a biotechnology executive with over a decade of international experience in commercialization, capital formation, and strategic partnerships. He has led fundraising efforts across North America, LATAM, and MENA, worked with national health ministries, and represented leading CRDMOs in cell and gene therapy, synthetic biology, and nanocarriers. At BioDrop, Benjamin oversees go-to-market strategy, investor engagement, and the commercialization of tear-based diagnostics.
